The Earth Control System (ECS) was created for the development of a PERFECT INTELLECT, for humans on Earth to attain the TRUTH of Consciousness, Reason, and Matter. It was decided to achieve this aim on the basis of the Living Cell, with CORRECT development of the Human Brain in specially prepared conditions for life support of the Earth Control Systems.
